Surat at-Tin · The Fig

بِّسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

1. 1p. 597

   وَٱلتِّينِ وَٱلزَّيْتُونِ ۝١ayah 1

   By the fig and the olive.

2. 2

   وَطُورِ سِينِينَ ۝٢ayah 2

   And Mount Sinai.

3. 3

   وَهَـٰذَا ٱلْبَلَدِ ٱلْأَمِينِ ۝٣ayah 3

   And this safe land.

4. 4

   لَقَدْ خَلَقْنَا ٱلْإِنسَـٰنَ فِىٓ أَحْسَنِ تَقْوِيمٍ ۝٤ayah 4

   We created man in the best design.

5. 5

   ثُمَّ رَدَدْنَـٰهُ أَسْفَلَ سَـٰفِلِينَ ۝٥ayah 5

   Then reduced him to the lowest of the low.

6. 6

   إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَعَمِلُوا۟ ٱلصَّـٰلِحَـٰتِ فَلَهُمْ أَجْرٌ غَيْرُ مَمْنُونٍ ۝٦ayah 6

   Except those who believe and do righteous deeds; for them is a reward without end.

7. 7

   فَمَا يُكَذِّبُكَ بَعْدُ بِٱلدِّينِ ۝٧ayah 7

   So why do you still reject the religion?

8. 8

   أَلَيْسَ ٱللَّهُ بِأَحْكَمِ ٱلْحَـٰكِمِينَ ۝٨ayah 8

   Is Allah not the Wisest of the wise?
